Wing-it Chocolate Mousse
 
Tupperware Products Used:
•Ice Cream Sandwich Maker Containers
•Whip ‘N Prep Chef
•Micro Pitcher Set
Thatsa Bowl Jr.
•Saucy Silicone Spatula
•Measuring Cups & Spoons Sets
 
Oil the containers with olive oil or spray with pam.
(So that your mousse doesn’t stick to your containers) 
 
Ingredients:
250 ml Whipping Cream 35%
2 Tablespoons Icing Sugar
Butter
4 packages Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1 Tablespoon Mint or Orange Extract
Oreo Cookie Crumbs
 
In the Whip ‘N Chef pour whipping cream, add icing sugar and extract.
Mix until cream peeks.
Melt chocolate and butter in the Micro Pitcher on Medium.
Add melted Semi-Sweet Chocolate and butter to the peeked cream.
Fold in the chocolate with the Saucy Silicone Spatula.
With Spatula fill the Ice Cream Sandwich Maker Containers 1/4 full.
 
For a cookie bottom add in a Thatsa Bowl Jr. some melted butter to Oreo Cookie Crumbs.
 
Pack over the chocolate mousse.
Then stack the containers together and refrigerate for atleast an hour.
Remove from containers upside down while pushing on blue disk from the top of the container.
 
For decoration :
1/2 Cup Shreaded White Chocolate
Cut Pieces of Crème Roulée Hazelnut Chocolate Rolls to Put on Top
 
TIP: **To melt chocolate add butter and melt at 50% in the microwave.

SPANISH SPIRIT OMELET
1 tsp. fresh Italian parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/4 cup yellow onion
3 whole egges
1 tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. kosher salt
1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
3/4 cup cooked diced potatoes
 
Place parsley and garlic in the Smooth Chopper fitted with the blade attachment.
Process by pulling the cord until mixture is minced.
Add onion and process to dice.
Replace the blade with the paddle attachment and mix the remaining ingredients together.
In the Breakfast Maker, place the diced potatoes and the egg mixture.

Recipe for LolliTups
2 cups (500ml) of vanilla yogurt  
2 cups (500ml) of fresh raspberries or frozen
Mix everything together
Add one or two slices of kiwi (or other fruit) in each LolliTups !
